Thanks for posting. Good think about the NOVA crowd is they are..


..showing up with NOVA money, so helping the higher end of the market.

I've been looking at the lower end of the market for a DIY fix r upper, and even the market there is thin. Not a whole lot to choose from.

We just received our annual assessment....up again. Up ~35% over three year time period.
