How can it come from the top when we don’t reward leaders making

Hard choices with our votes? It can’t. Government of the people, by the people - it’s our job to elect the right leaders. It’s our fault when we don’t.

A good start would be voting out reps who refuse to compromise. But of course, our primary processes do the opposite - they punish compromise.
