USSC is tough to read. Given the threats from...


...deranged lefties to the justices and their families' lives, it's easy to see them buckling, especially when most likely none of them like Trump that much to begin with. The all-out intimidation campaign that's been waged against the court in recent years could pay off again as it did re: the 2020 election cases. We'll see.

I think we might get a mixed bag of decisions and some non-decisions on these pending cases. SCOTUS is, by the left's design, in a nearly impossible situation, so one sympathizes. The beauty of the lawfare gambit is that the left has two ways to win: 1) take down Trump if the court shows no spine or 2) take down the Supreme Court if they do show spine. Hopefully, the court will realize that #1 would lead to #2 regardless, so they might as well nut up now and let the chips fall where they may.
