Insurrection is a federal crime. To prove it (legally), you would...

...need to conduct a criminal trial, with the defendants afforded all due process and Constitutional protections. You'd also need the trial to take place in the actual jurisdiction where the crime took place, which, by the way, was not Denver or wherever the fuck that communist halfwit works in Maine. There is a reason why the number of people charged with insurrection is zero, and the reason is that there was no insurrection.

A bunch of TDS-afflicted NeverTrumpers and Democrats collaborating simply to declare their political opponent candidate guilty of a federal crime so they can remove him from the ballot is not a trial in any meaningful use of the word. It's pure tyrannical election-subversion using the formerly respected judiciary as cover.

All of this is beside the main point, however, which is simply that you and the rest of your intellectual fellow travelers have no respect for norms, laws, the Constitution, fair elections or your fellow citizens' rights. Oh, and also that you think you can't win without rigging the election.
