Security barred the deportation of most immigrants in the U.S. for 100 days"

"At the center of the case is a September 2021 directive from the Department of Homeland Security that paused deportations unless individuals had committed acts of terrorism, espionage or “egregious threats to public safety.”

And of course, the obvious conclusion that if the Biden Administration weren't refusing to do their job, there wouldn't be anyone for this Texas Law to deport.
