He's referring to the abuse of the impeachment process during...


...Trump's term, which was obvious. There has been no impeachment process of Joe Biden. That said, Republicans absolutely need to use the impeachment process to exact revenge for that abuse; otherwise, it will just continue next time Dems control the House.

There are obvious, multiple, serious and indisputable Biden family crimes in evidence, so it's not an abuse of the process with respect to Biden simply to launch a formal investigation. Even if that weren't the case, however, there should be no hesitancy by Republicans to use impeachment to torture their political enemies to make the Dems play by the same rules in the hope that it will bring Dems back to their senses. We cannot allow the abuse that occurred under Dem control to go unpunished. That would send a terrible message.
