Its not continuous; but if the Israelis can allow trucks of supplies in; they can allow buses of refugees out. The refugees won't have to leave Palestine; they'll be out of harms way (or there will be less harm); and the PA can demonstrate its skill in caring for the well being of its citizens?

I am not saying they want to go; or that the Israeli want them to go ... Israelis would really want them to flee the region entirely; but should someone who cares about their lives want them out of harm's way? Its not as if the world is shy about telling the Israelis what to do..
