To apply for refugee asylum. And we don’t have the resources appropriated from Congress to handle the volume of people knocking on our doors. And by law we have to let them in unless there are strict reasons why they can’t be let in ….like some of the policies the Biden administration put into place earlier this year requiring refugee seekers to apply in advance from their countries before they show up .
