Hamas targeted nobody but Israeli civilians. They now hide behind nobody by Palestinian civilians. How much Palestinians support Hamas is irrelevant. How many afghanis really supported the Taliban?

Israel may be doing many illadvised things, but it’s Hamas who’s dragging them into it. Maybe they should stop going where their enemies want them to, but make no mistake - Hamas wants as many Palestinian deaths as possible. They rationalize it with bullshit fairy tales. So your question about how many Muslims really believe it makes no difference.

And the failure of pro-Palestinian protestors to even mention Hamas, if they’re good enough not to celebrate them, is reprehensible, and displays irrationality, at least, if not outright bigotry. It has everything to do with the full on rage at Israel while ignoring the true, indisputable war criminals in this affair.
