I hope I'm wrong, but I think republicans do well today.

I usually don't post over here anymore, but just thought I'd share some thoughts.

First, both sides ran very negative campaigns. However, republicans were more negative, which will probably help them. For instance, they went after my guy, saying that Schuyler Vanvalkenburg voted not to send drug dealers to prison and linked him to the fentanyl epidemic. Vanvalkenburg never responded to that ad. Not responding to that ad is a mistake imo.

Susanna Gibson and internet porn . . . she got my vote, but I know she turned off a lot of moderate dems who will just not vote for either candidate - a win for republicans. Seriously, dems . . . can't you do a little vetting?

I liked how the "pro-lifers" turned the tables on "choice", saying that they were the extremist for wanting women to have the right to an abortion at any time . . . which was a complete lie . . . but hey . . . it'll probably help them get some votes cause people are dumb as shit (see the latest poll numbers on Biden v trump for proof).

If yard signage is an indicator, republicans are amped up and dems are not . . . at least in my neck of the west (far west end/short pump). Maybe we're too afraid to put out signs that support internet porn and fentanyl??

It'll be interesting to see what happens if the republicans get control of both houses.

And don't take it personally, but I'm not gonna respond to any comments. I've got very limited time to waste today and I'll probably spend that on rewatching last night's game and commenting on the basketball board.

Go Hoos!
