I may be wrong but this particular example seems more than cancel culture


which is why I find it interesting. a 500 basis point move in share of a market that is $18 billion is enormous. I am approaching this from the branding side, and the evidence seems to suggest that the company significantly damaged its brand equity in a milli-second. Else we would have seen some recovery by now.
