Sorry, I fully disagree with that. The entire resolution is a laundry list
Of grievances about the conditions in Gaza which Israel alone absolutely did not create. Egypt, the weak Palestinian Authority, the reactionary groups like Hamas and Islamic Jihad, and the rest of the Islamic world all played a hand in getting us to where we were on Oct 6.
This resolution was a laundry list of grievances, a mention that Hamas attacked Israel as a result, conveniently making no mention of the barbarity, the rapes of innocent teens before a knife through the rib cage, etc, and that it is unacceptable that Israel retaliate after the terrorists slink back to hide behind civilians. It’s a statement that Hamas was justified in its barbarity, which didn’t warrant mention, and that Israel has no right to do anything in response beyond saying “thank you sir, may I have another?”
The best thing I can say about it is it is unacceptably biased against Israel for a public pronouncement. I think harsher conclusions are available though.
