....climate change. This has arrived. You think there's chaos now, wait until unbearable heat and lack of water start people wanting to migrate, or make it more difficult to grow crops. War for territory or ideology becomes war for survival.
These, like the article are worst-case scenarios. I don't think they all hit at once, but even in a middling case are going to cause humans enormous challenges. Generally, there is opportunity that goes with those challenges. The big question is how much will humanity change in the process?
