There's always another challenge over the horizon. Feeling good now, but I'm gonna need another transplant (heart AND kidney this time) in the next few years, so the good times will fade in time and then it's back to chaos and crossing fingers.

p.s. - Don't expect more than a comment here and there on this board. It's gotten so polluted with bullshit and full-on fascism in the past few years, I don't see much point in engaging anymore. ✌️
