Person A is building a fence that is either right on the property line or

may even encroach on Person B's property. Person A has used their dogs to intimidate Person B who may or may not have said that they would kill Person A's dog if it came onto their property. Person A responded to this by issuing the threat/statement that he would kill Person B if Person B shot his dog.
