Before or after the DOJ attempts to hide a blanket exoneration for other


potential crimes committed by the defendant in a side diversion agreement, allows the statute of limitations to expire on prosecuting the most significant years of tax evasion or contradicts the sworn testimony of experienced and respected IRS investigators and prosecutors about restricting their ability to properly further investigate?
