I gave you the link to the BLS numbers below. That article cherry picks


numbers to mostly ignore the impact of COVID (while then trying to blame him exclusively for the loss of those jobs during COVID, with no consideration to the reality on the ground beyond Trump or any POTUS' control, nor the decisions made by individual states and their leaders i.e. manufacturing jobs lost in MI).

That would be like ignoring any recovery for Biden digging out of that same hole, or Obama from the Great Recession. Or blaming them for those losses.

I'm not trying to claim Trump was better than others for creating manufacturing jobs, or even applaud him for the results (which were mostly thanks to his tax cuts, especially cap ex expensing, and economic growth during his term), but to portray him as a manufacturing jobs killer seems disingenuous at best.
