I think the only way Trump escapes trial in the 2 Fed indictments is if

A repub win in ‘24 results in both being shut down. And I’m also pretty confident both these cases won’t be tried before Nov ‘24, so I will be happy to revisit these assertions of yours after our next pres is inaugurated.

Hypothesis - the 1/6 trial happens before Nov ‘24. The docs case will come after unless a repub admin shuts it down. Probably GA too (but he hasn’t been indicted there yet, and a repub admin couldn’t shut it down if he is), and I’d be just as happy to see the NY case go away.
