I asked about laws. I’ll assume you concede the point. Now…

…we will talk about rights. Jim Crow laws violated natural and Constitutional rights of human beings, which is why they were both wrong and tossed out. That’s not the case with abortion because two people’s rights (or three, if you count the father’s) are involved and at odds. So, society must determine how to adjudicate that dilemma.
