Crime. It was a mistake, and only a weak attempt at a whaddabout can try to draw an analogy with the allegations against Russian forces in Ukraine.

If 20 cars were blown up in succession in Kabul in an identifiable pattern showing intent on somebody’s part, you’d have an argument.
