“They shouldn’t rise and fall based on what anyone else thinks of them” may be the ideal but it isn’t human nature. I refer you again to the suicide rate among trans youth, but God forbid you would “accommodate their eccentricities” to make them feel valued as human beings. After all, there are so very few of them relatively speaking. The same goes for the physically disabled, right? Why should we accommodate their eccentricities when the VAST majority of us aren’t disabled? To hell with all those wheel chair ramps.

The issue here is that you believe trans people perversely choose that life of their own free will rather than in response to overwhelming psychological predispositions they can’t control. How very Biblical of you. You vehemently defend anti-vaxxers who actually choose that path but prefer to ignore the fact that the gender dysphoric really can’t choose theirs.

For the record, I am cisgender and, as I’ve previously stated here, oppose trans women athletes competing against biological women. Everything has limits.
