...I don't need to accept or reject anyone else. I don't need to have any opinion about them whatsoever. What they do with their bodies, clothes, etc., is none of my business, and they shouldn't rise or fall based on what I or anyone else thinks of them.

If some guy named John wants to wear a dress and be called Jane, I don't care. If I ran across him, I'd call him Jane out of respect for his preference, but that doesn't make him a woman.

I have no problem with trans people, and I hope they all find happiness, but biological males shouldn't be competing against females in sports or using their bathrooms. No one should be expected to provide a pronoun. It's not up to the majority -- the VAST majority -- of people to accommodate the eccentricities of every single individual out there. Far, far more people are put out by trying to accommodate this crap than the very few who are accommodated. Society does not -- and cannot -- function like that.

If you are one of the tiny percentage of people who wants to act like you are a member of the opposite gender, then have at it, but don't expect everyone else to change their lives and norms to accommodate you. That's unreasonable and selfish.
