I think your source is highly suspect, tbh. My understanding was that


Youngkin did much better with Latino voters than other Republicans have in recent elections, meaning only that he did not lose them by 30 or 40 points. If he really had won the Latino vote by double digits, this race would have been a blowout and not the narrow victory he actually got.
