0.001% is significantly smaller than 0.1%. I would then hope they’d taken a high school level biology class and have a basic understanding of what mRNA is, knows that it does not “change your DNA,” and that it’s perfectly safe. Lastly, I would hope the 25 year old would have enough common sense to recognize that virtually everyone who has studied enough to have a deeper understanding (microbiologists, doctors, etc) of the vaccine technology would advocate for them taking the vaccine and have done so themselves.

If all that failed, I would hope they’d have older family members that they’d be interested in protecting — even if that protection isn’t 100% (or even close).
