You assume that these people have any concern about dying from COVID


In some cases that lack of concern is justified by the data despite ongoing attempts by the media to obfuscate outcomes.
How many of those "nearly 1 million" weren't old, fat, immunocompromised, diabetic or some combination of the above?
How do you sell a flawed vaccine to a healthy 25 year old who hasn't yet been vaccinated? Telling them that it will significantly reduce (a real and perceived) virtually nonexistent risk of death isn't terribly compelling.
