to me it is such a perfect example of how low we have sunk in our media rhetoric and what someone in his position thinks is important. Imagine just how much more effective a true philosophical argument COULD be if he said to viewers in fact he is vaccinated and it is a smart and safe choice and one for which we should be thankful -- so for most viewers, it would seem wise -- but here are some things we could be discussing more regarding certain aspects. But instead, you're right -- he thrives on the conflict -- wants it, invites it -- and preaches only on different versions of "concerns" we should have about the vaccine. In my opinion, thriving off this type of effort about something this important to societal health is indefensible. There are plenty of ways to still "ask questions" -- his is a really awful approach even for this segment of the media meant to flame divisions and is not one iota better than the ugliest things people spew from other sides of the political spectrum. Frankly, it is worse because of the subject matter and he knows he is at a minimum discouraging some listeners from doing something that could potentially save them from serious illness or worse.
