Hennepin County medical examiner Dr. Andrew Baker testified that heart ...

disease and drugs contributed to but didn't directly cause Floyd's death. Baker declared Floyd's death a homicide. 3 other pathologists said under oath it was Chauvin's restraint that caused Floyd's death.

Here's Bakers's statement:

"In my opinion, the law enforcement dual restraint and the neck compression was just more than Mr. Floyd could take by virtue of those heart conditions."

Hence, it was always about INTENT not what caused George Floyd to die.

By the way, the defense also tried to say that carbon monoxide killed Floyd. There's just throwing things at the wall to confuse the jury ... just like you.
