I think Mitch and his cronies deserve to get called out for the BS tactic

They pulled in 2016. But, I don’t think the court would ultimately look different. They’d have voted down anyone Obama would have nominated and they wouldn’t have been in violation of the a Constitution by doing so.

I hate that RBG didn’t retire when she could have ensured a similar minded justice would have succeeded her. But she didn’t and now we have to all live with the consequence.

If the way the White House and GOP majority have conducted themselves results in their ouster in six weeks, then the system will have worked. However, if a slim Democratic majority turns around and expands the court to 11 or 13 justices and has Biden nominate them all, how is that not a power grab? That’s like torch and pitchfork time and IMHO would be doing at least one level worse than the McConnell-led GOP majority have subjected us to over the last six years.

And I’m a left leaning moderate. Half the nation would be calling for an all-out revolution.
