It was good, it was bipartisan, it was as the name suggests a First Step.
Now where are the next more bold steps?
Besides, I'd like to see data that our system is the least corrupt, particularly in terms of outcomes. We have the highest, or pretty close to it, percentage of our population incarcerated.
