making red states redder and reducing the chances of Democratic voters showing up in competitive states; gerrymander house seats to the extent they can to reduce the overall numbers advantage that Dems may enjoy; and cheat like hell in national elections to occasionally win the White House and make as big a power grab while they're in charge as they can (and be sure to stack the court with the biggest Federalist hacks they can find every chance they get). They seem to be fine with losing the popular vote forever and are pivoting to a strategy of governing as a minority. And, sadly, the Dems still can't seem to stop them.
