You want to call them out, call them out. I totally agree with objections to the left's assaults on speech and expression, from college safe spaces which seem to give students the power to block speakers they don't like, and to insist on trigger warnings, etc - stuff that really erodes our sense of what "freedom of speech" means, as opposed to a resolution that literally has no meaning unless you want to amend the constitution.

No, the stuff you see on college campuses, which actually causes actions, like righty speakers being disinvited from speaking engagements, is far more corrosive than this handy gotcha moment about the Cali convention. Just like the president's constant, endless verbal assaults on the free press. You got the academic set doing it from the populist left, and the orange set doing it from the populist right. That's where the threat is coming from.
