What’s the name of the managing partner there.

I’ve thought about this for a few minutes and would like to present my plan to replace you. Here are some basics.

1. Fire the lunatic RQ.
2. Replace him with a legal immigrant that can outwork RQ (anyone basically.)
3. Make that persons salary half of the lunatic’s.
4. No training needed. They already know more about law than RQ.
5. Just let the person make copies and run errands.

Win/win situation. You already do nothing. At least this person will make copies and run errands for half the salary. And it will be great for immigration as well.
