That article says it “protects the right to receive an abortion...

...after 24 weeks if the life or health of the mother is at risk”.

How is this different from current policy? I can’t believe if a NY OB said to a 25 week pregnant NY woman “if you don’t abort right now you’ll be dead by sunrise”, his only path is to say “Welp, Godspeed”.
