(Q&A in question starts at ~28:30). The questioner may have been a *little* combative and going for a "gotcha" moment with his questions, but man, if that gets you called before a committee these days, that's pretty sad.

Almost as sad as the fact that we have educated people wasting their time on such utter nonsense as the "granular examination" of micro-aggressions and actually taking the time to categorize them into "micro-assaults", "micro-insults" and "micro-invalidations".

On a side note, if you're dutch, and you find the phrase "going dutch" to be hurtful, you need to lighten up. Now the phrase "dutch oven" I could understand, although if I were dutch, I'd own that one with pride too.
