I was thinking that the Dems would filibuster Trump's nominees but might have a hard time keeping in line those in red states up for reelection in 2016 such as WV and SD. So I read the attached article on the subject, and learned the Democrats had done away with the filibuster on Executive Positions. Unless the Republicans change things that really makes much of what is going on irrelevant. I remember when the Republicans were discussing eliminating the filibuster for judicial nominations and all the press and Democrats were up in arms over the "nuclear option" how it would destroy the integrity of the Senate. Then when they get power they do it and it barely causes a ripple.
