If a trans woman has sex with a non-trans man, do they have any obligation to make that man aware of their status as biological male? Could they be "deceiving" the man into having sex with them if not, and if they are deceiving someone into having sex with them, is that illegal? What crime and how is it punishable in VA, for instance?
