If he has a problem with the judge his lawyers can move to recuse (somebody


else will need to comment on when that is appropriate), but the judge may or may not. If there is a clear conflict, fiduciary or some such thing, it seems a no brainer. But to claim conflict due to no other reason than the judge's race, is bullshit. This La Raza stuff is after the fact, near as I can tell.

If the Donald doesn't like it he can bloody well appeal. In the meantime, he will continue to play his mud-slinging game to draw attention away from his outrageous comments. He is utterly despicable, self-serving and reckless.
