But I do think it was the establishment's doing. Once she got to within 20 delegates, I'm sure it (maybe Obama himself, who I heard called Bernie himself over the last day or two to have an undisclosed conversation) appealed to 20 delegates or so to step up and commit to Hill, to hopefully head off a potential Bern win in CA, which will help him to contest the convention.

I'm betting the dem establishment is eager to focus all their energy on Trump immediately, now that it seems he may actually destroy his own candidacy before the convention even happens. He is digging in his heels so much on this Trump U thing that it is possible that he is finally over-playing his hand, possibly with deadly consequences to his campaign.

Of course, I've thought that before and been wrong
