No. What I want is real reporting and real journalism, not taking sides
. I would like to know how Trumpm is considered racist as he appears to be attacking no one. He is anti-illegal immigration, not anti-immigrant and its small distinctions like that which erode at really defining these issues. Hes openly said he has immensely benefitted from immigration but the country suffers from a staggering load of illegal immigration. Stack that on top of massive Muslim relocation to the US from warring countries and the 2 always become conflated.
You actually appear to be consistent with my issue. I am a TP lets say "visitor". I went to some rallys. Here is where the problem surfaces. As you say, if its violence against a minority group then it would be considered racist. I was in attendance at enough of these rallys to see that the media immediately labeled all of the TPers as racist almost instantly.
There was no violence or evidence of any and there was significant discussion of how to limit the scope and growth of govt in contrast to the growth of the country/ business sector/population. How that became racist is beyond me.
If you truly wish to flesh it out regarding the violence yesterday, it could be described as racist since whites are now a minority in California. Its not what I care about. I want to know I can trust people to be honest andf it does not appear to be that easy. Im no fan of Fox but its staggering growth came from the under reporting of topics that a large segment of the country is interested in. This is not racial its just why it happened
BTW, you are an excellent poster and I find myself reading your posts often. You are well thought through and thought of. Cheers to the weekend [Post edited by thor9hammer at 06/03/2016 3:40PM]
