If Bob the Bureaucrat, set up a private email server to circumvent current FOIA requirements and run an unauthorized spy ring using a source whom the President personally told them NOT to use, then I have a feeling this would be the spy story of the century. Add in destroying the evidence, passing the evidence(which included TS info) to a lawyer with zero security clearance, an apparently non firewalled server, running a global charity(taking foriegn money) on the same server, outright lying about it's contents, lying about when you started the server, lying about sending classified info, and refusing to be interviewed by the state department says quite a bit. Yes, it's horrifying that you think this is ok.

For some reason people think it's different because she is Hillary Clinton, I do not. If anyone tries to circumvent FOIA they should be made an example of. If you transmit class mats on a nonclass comm, you too should be damn made an example of. How the hell could anyone defend her? She makes fools of you.
