What I'm seeing here
Folks in the religious right, who were the most vocal never-Trumpers, are now starting to say that as bad as he is, Hillary is worse. I think most of them will end up lining up behind Trump, just as they did McCain and Romney, who were also their last choices. They'll walk back into the camp, heads hung and shuffling their feet. But they'll return, imho.
I've seen plenty of my prog pro-Sanders friends saying they won't vote for Hillary under any circumstances, but I suspect they too will line up behind the party's nominee, although also unhappy about it, once the "War on Women" rhetoric heats up.
A lot may depend upon VP choices and the post-nomination pivots. But my guess is that Hillary will win easily, but may enter office with the lowest approval rating of any newly elected president.
Having said that, I think 2020 may will bring dramatic change. We'll see.
