Sen. Thune of SD demands answers from Facebook on whether it is filtering

its "trending" news feed to fit a liberal agenda. FB denies it, but even if they are, don't they have a First Amendment right to do it just like any other media organization in this country? I hope Thune is just blowing his dog whistle here, and that he really doesn't believe he should be able to intimidate FB into publishing what he wants.
