Hard to understand Romney's agenda. Is he campaiging for Hillary?

Delusional and holding out hope that he will somehow be drafted as the candidate at the convention?

Not sure it is only Romney - I wonder if some establishment repubs do in fact want to cripple Trump for the general as much as possible, maybe somehow making him a non-factor in down-ticket voting by disassociating the party from its pres candidate, and then taking a mulligan and starting over in 2020.
