I think the cake man is lying. If you ordered a custom cake,

would you not check to see if it was correct before paying for it? Particularly when all that was required to check it was to look at it. Also, in his video, he claims he saw it when he got in his car. Why would one wait to get home and call about it rather than going back in and seeing the manager?
