Waitress gets stiffed on the tip (not a good stiffing either ha ha)

Apparently she looks weird. I personally support CUSTOMERS who do not wish to tip for various reasons. I know lots on here think no matter what the service is you should tip. But if I pay for a meal, I expect certain decorum and practices to go my way (normal things). IF they don't, I wont tip, BUT I wont leave a nasty note. This guy apparently didn't like the way she looked and told her about it on the receipt (no tip) I guess the tip was to start looking "normal". I think she looks weird but I probably would tip her if she did a good job. Now if they brought me someone who looked like they doubled as a Carny then maybe not.
