The socially liberal and fiscally conservative position would be that you can be socially liberal by being pro-abortion and not have it be illegal. But the fiscally conservative position would be that you would never have higher government spending to fund it, particularly taxing people to do so against their will. However, as is often the case, the endgame position is just to be socially liberal with the other part left off.
