I see Trump a bit like housing bubble in the 2000's.

At the very start of the bubble, the more logical people are saying surely this rate of the increase can't be maintained. At '03 I decided not to buy a house as I thought the pricing are rising beyond reasonable level and it'll crash soon. But the housing price keep going up and up defying expectation because the population don't think or act purely by logic. Like Trump, almost any logical person don't think he can sustain his front running status, but voters are not the most logical bunch and is easily swayed by emotions.
