Gov't: Please Farmer Apple, we'd like to go get this one horse that's in your barn over there.

Apple: But that doors locked, and we don't have a key

Gov't: But it's a really important horse.

Apple: I'm sorry, we don't even know how to open the door

Gov't: Well you built the barn, figure out how to get it open!

Apple: But ... even if we can, once open we can't close it back up again

Gov't: But it's a really important horse.

Apple: What about all the other horses that will come charging out?

Gov't: Don't worry. That will never happen. You can trust us. We're here to keep you safe!
