if your link to the soapbox looks like the above, you won't see the new format or rankings, or read posts from those who aren't using this.

You need to change it to this:

http://chat.virginia.sportswar.com/message_board/soapbox/

or http://chat.virginiatech.sportswar.com/message_board/soapbox/

Then you see new format, rankings and all posts.
