If you go elsewhere, you can walk into a CVS, for example, and EVERYTHING is locked up.

In Santa Monica on Lincoln, all the stores, gas stations, etc., have stopped allowing customers to use their bathrooms because the homeless get in there and fuck the whole place up. The city won't let them prevent the homeless from doing so, so they have to prohibit everyone from using the bathrooms. This is what the left wants.
